FREE SHIPPING ON ORDERS OVER $100
We are currently working toward more shipping options, but until then we use USPS- Standard Shipping which is calculated and added at checkout depending on the size of your package and the delivery location. Although we try to get orders out to the post office within two business days, please allow 3-5 business days (excluding holidays) for processing during this busy holiday season. Once your item is shipped it is typically delivered within 3-5 business days depending on where you are located.
USPS is experiencing major delays and unprecedented volume increases at this time. While we are shipping as normal, USPS is often delaying packages in transit. Almost all orders are delivering, we are just seeing USPS taking longer than normal and some packages are not scanning until the day they deliver.
Orders cannot be canceled or changed after being placed.
The Speckled Ginger is NOT responsible for delays with US postal service or UPS shipping. Lost, damaged, or marked delivered items. We do ALWAYS carry up to $100 worth of insurance on ANY package sent, so if you receive a damaged package please reach out to customer care and then file a claim with the carrier by googling UPS Claims Support or USPS Claims Support. We are not responsible for any delays caused by our mail carriers and will not refund shipping charges if USPS or UPS does not meet their guaranteed shipping times. Please contact them directly if your items are not delivered on time.
If you order multiple times in one day please email us to combine your order and we can refund one of your shipping charges!
The Speckled Ginger will gladly accept returns of fully priced, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unaltered, or defective merchandise for a store credit (The Speckled Ginger E-Gift Card) within 30 days from the date your order shipped. Items must not contain an excessive amount of human or animal hair and must not contain any smoke smell. Items that do not meet these requirements will be subject to denial.
Items damaged or defective may be returned by contacting Customer Care within 3 DAYS of delivery.
Final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged. The following is a list of FINAL SALE items

The cost of return shipping, $8.95 for any number of items, will be deducted from your store credit (The Speckled Ginger E-Gift Card) You can place multiple return orders into one package to return. Email thespeckledgingerboutique@gmail.com to begin your return.
You have 7 days from the date the return label is sent to ship back your items. Items sent after this time period will NOT be eligible for store credit.
Shoe boxes must be encased in another box for shipping to protect the items. If you send shoes back with stickers and return labels directly on the box, or if the shoe box is damaged, we will not accept a return.
Defective Items
If you have received a defective item, please contact customer care, thespeckledgingerboutique@gmail.com, within 3 DAYS to inform us of the issue. If we are not notified within three days of receiving the item, it will no longer qualify for a return or replacement. You must include a photo of the damage/defect with your email.
- We are not responsible for damages to clothing caused by improper care or handling or incorrect sizing.
- The exact colors of merchandise may vary due to photography lenses, indoor/outdoor lighting, and computer monitor resolutions. Clothing patterns may also vary. These situations do not qualify as defects, and the buyer will pay return shipping.
How Long will it take to process a return?
Please allow 5-10 business days once we receive your return, to be processed. You will then receive an email confirmation with an e-credit gift card once your return is complete.

Incorrect Address Disclaimer
It is the buyer’s responsibility to make sure that they enter the shipping address correctly. We are not responsible is a package is shipped back to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address. If you decide to cancel your order or change your shipping address, contact our customer care via email at thespeckledgingerboutique@gmail.com. If there is a problem with your tracking number or package delivery, please contact the courier directly before contacting us. Please allow 1-3 days for your tracking information to show. Please contact us after the estimated delivery time has passed.
